Advisory & Consulting

I work with security teams, executives, and organizations navigating complex threat landscapes. My advisory work draws on hands-on SOC leadership, doctoral-level research in adversarial cognition, and deep expertise in the behavioral dimensions of cybersecurity.

Areas I advise on:

  • Social engineering resilience. Assessing organizational vulnerability to social engineering, designing awareness programs grounded in behavioral science rather than compliance checklists, and building detection strategies for sophisticated phishing and pretexting campaigns.
  • Security operations strategy. SOC maturity assessments, detection engineering optimization, threat hunting program development, and incident response process design.
  • AI security posture. Evaluating organizational exposure to AI-enabled threats, developing governance frameworks for AI agent deployment, and assessing adversarial machine learning risks.
  • Threat intelligence & adversary profiling. Behavioral analysis of threat actor decision-making, strategic intelligence briefings, and adversary emulation program design.

Writing & Content

I write original analysis, bylined articles, and thought leadership content for cybersecurity publications and enterprise audiences. If you need authoritative content on behavioral security, AI threats, social engineering, or cyber strategy, I can help, either as a bylined author or a ghostwriter.

Published in: Help Net Security, Dark Reading, Fortra, Unite.AI, AI Journal, CTO Club, Streaming Media, Techstrong TV

I produce:

  • Bylined articles for industry publications
  • Thought leadership content for enterprise security blogs
  • Executive briefings on emerging threats
  • Conference presentations and workshop materials
  • White papers and research summaries

Speaking & Media

I’m available for conferences, panels, podcasts, and media commentary on cybersecurity topics. Particularly the human factors of security, adversarial psychology, AI-enabled threats, and the future of social engineering.

Topics I speak on:

  • Why attackers succeed: the psychology of social engineering
  • Adversarial Cognitive Engineering: hacking the hacker’s mind
  • The AI arms race in cybersecurity
  • Supply chain security as a behavioral problem
  • Building cyber resilience under economic pressure

Research Collaboration

I’m actively pursuing doctoral research in adversarial cognition and adaptive asymmetry. I’m open to collaboration with academic researchers, industry labs, and organizations interested in advancing the science of cyber defense through behavioral analysis.
